The deadline is 08:00.Your price list publishes itself.

From 1 October 2026, every webshop in Croatia has to publish a machine-readable price list by 08:00. Fines start at €1,000. This WooCommerce plugin builds it from your products, publishes it and shows the anchor price next to every price. No Excel, no manual export.

0:35 From publishing at 05:00 to the anchor price in the shop.

Free on WordPress.org · 5 minutes to set up

The plugin publishes this file every morning. It builds the name itself, exactly as the regulation says. You never type it.

  • VAT stays in the price, even with no shopper on the site

Prices include VAT at the rate of each tax class, even when a scheduled task runs the publication with no shopper on the site.

  • An expired sale does not stay in the price list

The price is worked out from the regular price, the sale price and the sale dates, so a late WooCommerce job does not end up in the price list.

  • The change to summer time does not move the deadline

The deadline follows Zagreb time, also when the clocks change to summer or winter time, whatever your site’s time zone.

  • A new attempt every 15 minutes

If publishing fails, the plugin tries again until today’s file exists, and lets you know by email.

The anchor price sits next to the price. On a sale, the lowest in 30 days too.

The anchor price is the regular price on 10 September 2026. The plugin takes it from its own price history, from the product screen or from a CSV, and shows it to shoppers itself.

A product page in the demo shop, in Croatian: Kava mljevena Jubilarna 250 g on sale, €4.99 instead of €6.24. Under the price it reads “Najniža cijena u zadnjih 30 dana: 6,24 €” (lowest price in the last 30 days) and “Cijena na 10.9.2026.: 6,24 €” (price on 10 Sep 2026), both lines boxed.
A product on sale in the demo shop: the lowest price in the last 30 days and the anchor price, under the price.
  • Product page, lists and blocks

    Wherever WooCommerce shows a price.

  • Variation selection

When a shopper picks a size, both prices update.

  • Your own wording

You change “Cijena na 10.9.2026.: 12,00 €” in the settings.

  • Import from the HOK template

For products you sold before installing the plugin.

Every publication stays public for 31 days.

The regulation asks for 30 days; the plugin keeps one more. It builds the archive page itself: put a link to it in your shop’s footer and visitors download the files without logging in.

The “Arhiva cjenika” (price list archive) page in the demo shop, in Croatian: the latest price list with a download button and a permanent link to the latest file, then a list of every published price list with its publication time, storage number, number of products and a link to the file.

Publication log
For each publication, the time, the number of rows and a checksum (SHA‑256), proof that the file has not changed since it was published. If publishing fails, you get an email.

Set it up once, in 5 minutes.

Three steps in WordPress. The first price list is published as soon as you save the settings. No time? We’ll set it up for you, in 2 working days.

  1. Install it from WordPress.org

Like any other plugin. WooCommerce must be active.

  2. Enter your outlet

“webshop”, your address and a code such as P‑01, and where the brand, barcode and unit price come from.

  3. Link the archive in your footer

One link. From tomorrow the price list publishes itself, at 05:00.

If your price list fails in the morning, you’ll know at 7:45. Not from an inspector.

The free plugin publishes, and tells you if publishing fails. At 07:30, Pro opens your public file from outside, the way an inspector would, and checks its name, columns and date. Site down, a firewall blocking access, or yesterday’s file being served? You know by 7:45.

  • Inspection evidence pack

Every publication from the last 30+ days, with times and checksums, in one file you hand to the inspector.

  • Several outlets

Webshop and physical shops, each outlet with its own price list and archive.

  • Ready for 17 November

From then on, the Consumer Protection Act requires the price list too. When the ministry sets out how to publish it, we update the plugin in time. We give you that in writing.

7:45 guarantee

If your price list is missing or invalid at 8:00 on a day the monitor was on, and we did not warn you by 7:45, we refund the whole year and your Pro stays free.

About 41 cents a day, excluding VAT. The lowest fine for a sole trader is €1,000.

Publishing is free. You pay for monitoring and the guarantee.

The free plugin has nothing locked away. Pro is a separate plugin with our monitoring, support and the 7:45 guarantee.

Questions

Everything else is in the documentation and the plugin’s forum on WordPress.org.

Do I have to do anything every day?

No. The plugin publishes at 05:00 and tries again every 15 minutes until the file exists. If your shop has few visitors, ask your host to run WordPress’s scheduled tasks regularly, because otherwise WordPress runs them only when someone visits the site.

The deadline has already started. Is it too late?

No. Install it today: the first price list is published as soon as you save the settings, and from tomorrow it goes out by itself, at 05:00.

What is the anchor price, and which date is used?

It is the regular price, never a sale price, on 10 September 2026, or on 2 May 2025 for the food and household categories you choose. Products added later use their first price. The plugin shows it as “Cijena na 10.9.2026.: 12,00 €” (price on 10 Sep 2026), and you can change the wording.

I installed the plugin after 10 September. Where does the anchor price come from?

Until you enter or import the correct anchor price, the plugin uses the earliest price it knows, with its date, and lists the product under Anchor prices. Import a CSV with the columns šifra or barkod, sidrena cijena and sidreni datum, or a HOK template with a “Cijena 10.9.2026.” column.

How is the lowest price in the last 30 days worked out?

During a sale, the plugin looks in its own price history for the product’s lowest price in the 30 days before the sale started. WooCommerce does not keep old prices, so the plugin knows them from the day you turn it on. You import earlier prices from a CSV with the columns šifra or barkod, cijena (with VAT), od and, if you like, do.

Does the plugin send data anywhere?

No. The plugin sends no data to any outside service and needs no account or licence. Its only requests go to your own site: the self-check opens your price lists’ addresses without logging in, to confirm that visitors can download them. Alerts are sent by your site’s own email.

Does the plugin guarantee that I comply with the regulation?

No, and no plugin can. The plugin helps you publish your price list and show the anchor price and the lowest price in the last 30 days. You remain responsible for your data and for checking the current rules.

How big is the fine if there is no price list?

Under Article 20 of the Act on Exceptional Price Control Measures (NN 40/2025): €1,000 to €20,000 for a sole trader, €3,000 to €30,000 for a company, plus €1,000 to €4,000 for the responsible person. The same fine applies when a product has no anchor price. The plugin helps you publish your price list; you remain responsible for your data.

Does it work with my theme, variations and WPML?

The plugin shows the anchor price and the lowest price in the last 30 days on product pages, shop pages, product blocks and when a shopper picks a variation, and it lists products and their variations in the price list. It also works with WooCommerce order storage (HPOS) and the cart and checkout blocks. For WPML, Polylang or a particular theme, write to us before you install, at the address in the footer.

Who is behind the plugin?

Meridian (meridian-digital.com), a sole trader’s business (obrt) run by Leonard Martinis. The plugin’s code is public on GitHub, and we answer Pro customers by email within one working day.

Publish your first price list today.

Free from WordPress.org. Tomorrow at 05:00 it publishes itself.
